# How-To Steps:
01 - Place the pineapple, chopped jalapeño, lime juice, agave syrup (or sugar) and cold water into a blender.
02 - Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous, about 45–60 seconds depending on blender strength.
03 - Taste and modify sweetness or heat: add more agave/sugar for sweetness or additional jalapeño (with seeds if desired) for more spice, then blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Pour the blend through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently with a spatula to extract the liquid and discard the pulp for a smoother beverage.
05 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the agua fresca over the ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge or jalapeño slice as preferred. Serve immediately.
